Education and Clinical Experience
I earned my Bachelor of Music in Jazz Studies from Western Michigan University, my Master of Arts in Humanities from California State University Northridge, and my Master of Arts in Psychology from Phillips Graduate University. I worked as a professional musician for over 20 years, am a world traveler, and also a certified yoga instructor. As an MFT, I am certified in perinatal mental health (PMH-C), am a Transforming Touch® Practitioner, and specialize in grief and loss and Floortime®. I am a member of the California Association of Marriage and Family Therapists and Postpartum Support International.
I formerly worked at Child Development Institute in Reseda, California where I provided child development services to infants and toddlers, facilitated parent support groups, and administered developmental evaluations. I also provided care and support to NICU (neonatal intensive care unit) graduates and their families through CDI’s Hospital to Home Bridge Program.
